East Hanover Town Council Meetings

The East Hanover Town Council meets on the first Monday of each month, at 7:00 p.m., in the main meeting room of the Town Municipal Building, 411 Ridgedale Ave. The East Hanover Town Council comprises of five elected officials including the mayor.

Meetings are open to the public and interested parties who have matters before the council. All meetings begin with an open public forum to accommodate anyone who wants to either express an opinion or comment on a particular subject or past decision by the council. Although parliamentary rules are in place to conduct a procedural meeting, it has always been a policy by the mayor elect to allow anyone to speak their mind and to hear all resident's concerns.

Town Council meetings are recorded and televised on Cablevision Ch. 21, Saturdays at 6:00 p.m. and on Verizon Fios Ch. 45, Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 4:00 p.m.
